Great product if you are using Zoom Great product if you are using Zoom. My firm is using the DTEN 55 and the DTEN Home. Easy to use and very reliable.

Quick factory reset fixed everything We were able to solve the issue very quickly simply by resetting the DTEN to factory defaults and reconnecting it to Zoom.
