I had a problem with my login account… I had a problem with my login account because I created a Gmail for a short time and then quickly deleted it, which meant that I no longer received any emails from Kaiber. Now support was the only chance to get access to my account again. And here I would like to say a lot of praise to Phil, who was very committed and friendly in helping me and now my old account is being migrated to the new one. Evolving platform with great support The platform is evolving and the support team was super responsive and helpful. I had experienced an issue where the platform was not accepting credits correctly for video generation. I reached out to their support and Phil had replied in a flash resolving my issue and even providing some useful tips to get better results with their model. The user interface is intuitive, making navigation and utilization of the platform a breeze. I think the model still has room for development as I noticed some videos have minor glitches, but this is common in AI generated videos. I am confident this platform will continue to refine it's product over time. All in all a great platform helping me produce some incredible video content. Thank you,

After selecting an image After selecting an image, isn't it possible to create a video based on the image created during the motion selection and evolution step.I asked the same question as above, and the answer was answered quickly.Next time, I think I can make it so that the preview and the generated image match.thank you!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! - Unauthorised use of card details Started a free trial which I cancelled before the cutting date due to the poor user experience. 10 months later and they keep charging me for a subscription I haven't used whatsoever!! Worse thing is, after getting no resolution through email. I called my bank to block their transactions and somehow the still found a way to keep deducting me under a different entity name! This is a clear abuse of my private information. The Customer Support has been terrible (been contacting them since Sep 2023). They're now disregarding my emails and don't do anything to resolve it or provide a refund, which now leads me to write this review... CAREFUL WITH THIS PLATFORM - FAR FROM BEING SECURE.
