I've purchased an Original Tongue Drum with them and as I received it, something didn't sound well with one key. Their team went through the whole return process with me, helping me on how to tune the drum first so that we could check if it was just a tuning issue. I've returned it free of charge and they then sent me a new one that had all the tongues perfectly tuned. I have no experience with other brands with these kind of drums to evaluate the service by comparison, but I really enjoyed my experience with them and I recommend it.
