Michael Plantinga, 5 Star Assistance After getting a signed payment schedule agreement from the IRS, facilitated by Michael Plantinga, I received paperwork that I misinterpreted as a tax levy. I called Michael in a very agitated state and proceeded to demand that he do something. He very kindly talked me through it all and made me realize that it was merely a lien, to be expected after the process we just went through.
