Answered questions in a timely manner. Suggested strategies related to foreign tax credit, filing status and other credits in a knowledgeable fashion. Professional and Courteous I have found the dreaded tax experience to be surmountable due to the professionalism and courteousness of the the tax preparers and the support team. Inquiries and requests are responded to immediately by Mrs Klein. Clear answers and instructions were provided by Mrs. Bannett, Mrs. Solomon, and Mrs. Brown. And, with their prowess, they were able to provide a favorable bottom line. It did take a number of months from the time I submitted my tax material until I received the finished return but I guess good tax preparers would be very busy.
