They made me feel comfortable during the entire process and helped me with 3 years' worth of back taxes that I didn't know I needed to file since I moved abroad. They also responded in a timely manner to my questions and gave clear and thorough instructions. My only piece of advice to make the service even better is to improve the online portal. I did not find it so user friendly; it was a bit clunky.

its hard to describe the stress of… its hard to describe the stress of finding out quite late in life that I'm expected to file US Tax returns 60 years after leaving the states as a baby. There are firms in the UK who prey on this stress and charge the earth. Independence Expat Tax removed all that stress, gave personal service and have a fair pricing structure. Highly recommended.
