Valerie C. shows up organized and flexes the conversation to match my existing knowledge. I don't have employees yet, but I do feel like I have a team now. One tip: You do have to do your part. They can't save you money on your taxes if you don't provide expenses. They can't match solutions to your operating structure if you don't provide your formation docs. I've found both of those steps to be as easy as it gets. I've especially appreciated Valerie's insights to help me make budget category allocations decisively. On my own, I likely would have spent way too much time on that.

Help & Guidance The help and guidance I got via telephone was truly appreciated and greatly needed. I was a bit hesitant while using the online tools but got better as I became more familiar with navigating the website. The "how to" videos were also very helpful.

Buyer beware. I finally got a refund of the basic price that I paid. But no consideration of the money I had to pay to another accountant to undo the many awful and expensive mistakes that this company made or the bad advice that I acted on. Nor the stress I went through during this process. Plus it took 6 months of writing reviews on Trust Pilot and BBB to get any response. Contacting them directly (email, phone, in-app) was repeatedly ignored. Buyer beware.

Solid group, nice portal features and good communication Previously I had a mixed level of service with prior 1800 accountants, however I must say that since being internally allocated to new accountants, the firm must have upgraded their talent/recruiting, as the switch has been a night and day experience which has really been so much better. Attentive responses from team (e.g. Valerie). Would like to re-review once tax season (this is first business tax report/return) is complete and we can look into effective business tax strategies now that the company is about to officially kick off payroll. This is where I believe an accountant service differentiates from the pack. To be continued and great job thus far!
