The accountant asked for the business… The accountant asked for the business information and quickly did my taxes.

Buyer beware. I finally got a refund of the basic price that I paid. But no consideration of the money I had to pay to another accountant to undo the many awful and expensive mistakes that this company made or the bad advice that I acted on. Nor the stress I went through during this process. Plus it took 6 months of writing reviews on Trust Pilot and BBB to get any response. Contacting them directly (email, phone, in-app) was repeatedly ignored. Buyer beware.
