Outstanding service The team is amazing; I worked with Alexa, Evangeline, Evan, Seth, and Lindsey. They are just awesome. Fast replies to all my concerns through email, and the entire process was seamless and smooth. I can't recommend them enough, especially if you're running a tech startup.

Easy to use and friendly team Easy to use and friendly team. We've been using Cleer tax since 4 years ago. It even changed its name and branding during this period. The service is good and all automated. We're using it once per year to file our taxes and returns.

I have been working with them for years… I have been working with them for years now. An exceptional team of professionals, the managers and business owners are experts in what they do. Sometimes I felt that they are slow but I realized that they always triple checked before giving their expert opinion, they even bring/consult core experts in many cases. Which perfectly suits the industry in which they work.

DONT use Cleer at all costs! Looking at other reviews here, most of them must be false/fake reviews. I've worked with lots of service providers in my career and this is likely the worst experience I've ever had. We used Cleer to file our business tax return. - Though we had sent in our business info well in advance of the return deadline, the 1st time we saw a draft return for me for review was at ~6pm on the filing deadline date, even though I had regularly followed up with Cleer, always hearing "you'll get your draft very soon". Then, once I received the draft, it was terrible - so much was missing, there were incorrect numbers in pretty much every field. It was clearly a last minute shoddy job. - They offered to do an amendment. It took 1 YEAR to get through it, which is crazy. The amount of errors in every step of the way, switching to 2 different accountants on their team (where the 2nd person had little idea what the 1st did), and consistent mistakes even to the last signature page. This has wasted so much of my time. Each of my prior year tax returns I had a different accountant do took literally 20 minutes of my time to review and there were no errors. With Cleer, I've spent over 20 hours for 1 return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bad for startups Dropped the ball big style and then abandoned as a customer, with fines that ensue. As part of a Tier 1 Accelerator, these guys were awful at every stage. Strongly advise you not to use, ever. So bad. 20 years of tech startup experience we've never had an experience so bad.
