GBAvoid it, it's a trap that costs to get out Terrible service, very similar to the other 2024 experinces. It seems the fact that my books are not ready for 2023 taxes and the 1099 filings were not ready on time is not enough proof to file a complaint. Now I need to pay for an audit to show that the bookeeping was neglected for months. Their Customer Success Managers will make sure to wing it as long as they can to charge you as much as possible. And there is more, to cancel you need to give 60 days notice, that's paying 2 months more for work not done. I wonder if there is a lawyer reading this that can help me.

GBFive star service Anna helped me find a qualified consultant incredibly quickly (within a short time frame, which was just what I needed to process payroll on time). She was prompt, efficient, courteous and thoughtful. My consultant did an excellent job answering my questions and helping me to make sure I had set up my taxes correctly. GBThey were very helpful in finding a tax professional They were very helpful in finding a person, but they send way too many emails and follow up emails...survey requests. It's really annoying.

GBAwful. Awful. Was sold to, never had one call and no work was done for almost 2 months into engagement (despite me reaching out begging to start). Canceled and was still billed. Be very careful with this company.
