GBEfficient, effective, knowledgeable and supportive. A QuickBooks screen froze up on my laptop. I went on line to find recommendations on how to unfreeze QB but nothing worked. I then found The Support Zone and Peter reached out to me to review my issue. He ran diagnostics and resolved the QB problem quickly and patiently worked with me to ensure it would not freeze up again. GBPeter Evans Peter Evans, is in India and I am in Texas, and it ended up taking 3 hours, then 5 hours, then finally,days later, another 1 hr once Quick Books repaired my file and I had to purchase new Quick Books; but my file was retrieved successfully. I am very grateful. This saved me having to re enter multiple years of records attempting to re-create our files. Very good job, very supportive of my privacy and my lack of computer "savvy". I would recommend his work.
