Hand your troubles over to Omni! We had been bombarded by companies via phone and mail that claimed they could resolve our tax situation. After finally giving Omni a few minutes to explain the process and what they could do to assist, I knew that I couldn't continue to deal with the IRS alone. They helped us with 2 issues and although the abatement wasn't what we had hoped for, they did exactly what they said they would do. I always had updates/communication with Crystal and/or Jennifer and they were tenacious when COVID unexpectedly delayed the process. I had a tax problem where I was at… I had a tax problem where I was at whits end and even though I hand be swindle prior I contacted Omni I spoke to a gentleman name Clayton Davis and gave him my options instead of charging me and getting money for something I did not know ,he told me where and what to do. Because I was so closed to being done he said why charge you, you already have more than half of it let show. They're very few people left like Mr.Davis and Omni Tax
