Emma at Token Tax is great! Emma at Token Tax was very helpful when I was trying to reconcile some of my past transactions! Very thorough and detailed support.

Software is solid, love their customer support! I like their software. It can't do everything automatically yet, but it's very good at the fundamentals. From there you can work out how edit the transactions that need to be edited on your own and with the help of the customer support team. I worked with Kerri this year, who did an amazing job at digging into my issues and fixing a large number of transactions for me. This was all done on the Premium Plan, so there are higher levels of service where they do all the tedious work for you. Looking forward to next year!

No Longer Reliable Been using Token Tax for 4 years. Wrong almost every year, but usually not off more than $2K. 2023 was way worse than usual. There were so many transactions with errors that I had to pay for a different software to finish the job. It was literally counting hundreds of buys as sells even though there was no cost basis. Not worth $200.

10/10 would file again Tokentax has done my taxes for 4 years, starting in 2020. You can verify by checking Twitter for their @ and mine, cryptohydrate. Tokentax is focused on helping you avoid painful audits and on teaching you how taxes work. They give you options so you’re an active participant in your taxes. They also caution you from making common mistakes. I have them do my full return. One of their accountants, Steve C, is particularly professional and punctual. He writes extremely clear messages about what is needed from you, follows up frequently, and applies the perfect amount of pressure to get things done.
