I had an amazing representative… I had an amazing representative (Kendrick) from Innovative Tax. I loved how transparent he was with what they could do for us. We did not move forward with innovative tax, not because of service or anything bad but because we were already in the best position with the IRS and this we learned from them. They took no money from us to do research on our case, and ensured that we were given all the information we needed to move forward with our debt. I appreciate their professionalism, kindness and their willingness to educate me. When they said that they do what’s best for you, they’re being truthful. I recently had a bad experience with another law firm who took $1500 from us to come back with a resolution response that we already had in place with IRS. They were deceptive and became rude when we challenged them. Fortunately for us, we got out of paying them an additional $3500.
