Many thanks to Teri Pepitone Wilson Teri Pepitone Wilson was so clear, calm and succinct. She explained a very troubling situation in a way that kept me calm. It was an extremely difficult situation for me and she kept me calm. She communicated throughout her efforts to find answers in a timely manner. She never sugarcoated, but again the fact that she was calm and clear, made it much easier for me to approach the situation without feeling overwhelmed, or being treated in a dismissive manner.
