Getting it done! Health issues and life set-backs had us way behind but our Flex Tax team helped us to break things down into a manageable process to get us where we needed to be! Such a relief!

Excellent.. Excellent... Jennifer is wonderful and efficient for our 'start up' mode. Only wish is more efficient tax prep process and actions... not sure exactly where we are on such.

Awesome Professional Service Working with Flex-Tax was a great experience. I contacted him about two situations. The first required only a phone conversation and was free of charge. The other situation - refund of Social Security and Medicare Tax, was in handled through a couple of meetings. Before we met he asked questions by email to ensure his services were needed and then outlined what I needed to ensure our meeting was productive and informative. He walked me through the legal situation, ran through two possible solutions and clearly outlined supporting documentation needs for each solution. Once I had what I needed, Alex and his colleagues worked with me through to resolution.

Fast but impersonal FlexTax was fast, and included errors that I caught and they subsequently fixed. And in our pre-scheduled 15-min call, they demonstrated not being familiar with my specific case (despite providing them information well in advance) and clearly were rushed or fatigued from too many calls in one day. They ended the call abruptly after about 5 minutes. They did not answer the questions I asked them via email. The entire experience left me with the sense that for more complex questions in the future I should go where here. That said, they were cordial on the call & got the simple tax return done quickly.
