Terrible customer service/ misleading website The representative I spoke to was rude and kept trying to cut me off while I was trying to explain my case. They should make it plain on their website that they can only help you if you owe over $2500. In addition, the rep assumed he knew the answers instead of listening to me. He only offered “advice” for federal tax when I mentioned numerous times that I was calling about state income tax. Not a good business to trust if they don’t even listen to what you have to say.

I'll be honest, fixing mistakes can be really stressful when dealing with governing bodies but, James and Aja do a great job of doing the heavy lifting and removing all the stress!
