Terrible customer service/ misleading website The representative I spoke to was rude and kept trying to cut me off while I was trying to explain my case. They should make it plain on their website that they can only help you if you owe over $2500. In addition, the rep assumed he knew the answers instead of listening to me. He only offered “advice” for federal tax when I mentioned numerous times that I was calling about state income tax. Not a good business to trust if they don’t even listen to what you have to say.

Very efficient and professional From day 1 of my total stress, Heather Lorenz has guided me and informed me, with assurance, that our situation will be handled. I do believe that she and her team been tenacious in their communication with the IRS on my behalf. Omni is a little more pricey than I first expected but the extra service and 'Peace of Mind' has been worth it. I would highly recommend their service to anyone with a similar need.

I was worried working with a company like theirs at first. So many companies telling me they can deliver miracles and just wipe out tax debt.
