Errors on Forms and Obtuse FAQs = Unacceptable Errors on forms ("City" when they mean "County"????) and conflicting answers in their FAQs have made filing this year a nightmare. Never again. I'll just go back to TaxAct

Got me a better refund than H&R Block did I had gone in store to a local H&R Block and they had given me an estimate for a refund that was lower than what I got for filing with Column Tax. I did it early with them and they helped me get credits that I otherwise wouldn’t have. It was pretty fast too!

Website reported “technical difficulties” every time I tried to file my taxes so now I couldn’t use their service to file my taxes. Deadline was approaching so I filed with a different service (TurboTax). Requested a refund. Still haven’t received one.

Spent a lot of time trying to remedy the problem, but the message wasn't clear on how to resolve and there is no help available via bot or chat. Can you call Column Tax?? Sure, if you're the CEO's brother. The rest of have to email, then wait days for a response.
