GBVery Unhappy... feel as though I have been scammed! At first I was pleased with the repair to my Quicken Software. But I thought I was talking directly to Quicken Customer Service. Now after looking at my billing invoice I see that it was Geekassured. I do not know how I got to their number. I am now angry that I actually paid $149.00 for 90 days of your service. Although the Tech Rep was very polite and friendly I feel you misrepresented your self and your services to me. I feel as though I was taken advantage of or scammed. I am very disappointed and angry about this experience.
