Horrendous experience - late and IRS penalties as a result Horrendous experience. They sent us our draft returns (both corporate and personal) on Sunday 10/15 - the were due to the IRS on 10/13. In that same email they say "deposits must be initiated during business hours at least 1 business day before the date the deposit is due." They set us up for complete failure here and it is inexcusable. We will now have late payments to the IRS because they didn't complete their work in time.
