Terrible communication after my first… Terrible communication after my first year using them and ultimately did not complete my return fast enough to not file an extension, even after the deadline was extended to May. They give you no idea when you can expect them to complete your return or where you are in the queue and then take on too many clients and don't do the work, leaving you scrambling to get it done. Just a bad experience.

This is my second time having Bradford… This is my second time having Bradford do my taxes. Both times I had no corrections and his work is super thorough. Great experience.

Don't bother if you expect to receive your returns in a timely fashion This was my first and probably last time I'll use Circle CPA. I filed in March and I still haven't received my return yet. They keep pulling my leg and saying they'll complete it on May 17 but then tell me they have to file an extension because Bradford couldn't meet the deadline. Then I was told that I should hear from him in July but I still haven't heard anything from him at all. I just emailed them again and now they're giving an excuse saying that Catherine, his wife who runs their business, is on maternity leave until August. It shouldn't take this long to file my taxes and no explanation was given as to why they're going at a snail's pace. At this point I don't know if I'll ever see my return, I hope I don't get audited by the IRS.

I'm sorry but I was so irritated by… I'm sorry but I was so irritated by their lack of communication that I have to leave this review. The return I asked to be filed was late and despite several calls (that were never returned) they missed the tax deadline.

Circle CPA is great! Highly recommended! Circle CPA is great! They were easy to work with and to give my tax information to. Bradford then worked on my returns and I got a really nice refund. I highly recommend working with them! Thanks Circle CPA!
