GBOffer in Compromise Accepted - Finally I hired Phoenix Financial Group in March of 2018. They submitted an IRS Offer in Compromise for my business. It took over 12 months to have it finally accepted. We went back and forth with the IRS for two months after they started to review the OIC. My attorneys from Phoenix Financial handled it from beginning to end. But, they accepted the offer amount. They accepted an amount a little over $35,000, but our original debt was about $225,000. We are thrilled, but it did take over a year to get done.

GBThey got the IRS to release a bank levy Unreal, after months of dealing with an unruly IRS Revenue Officer, he levied my accounts receivable the day before payroll. I had no where to turn. Phoenix Financial Group to the rescue. They got the levy release that day. I made payroll and they helped me put this mess behind me.

GBMy experience with PFG I have been working with Mitch Jaeggi for some time now. He is great--keeps me totally informed and, believe me, we have some tax problems!! I enjoy working with Mitch and feel confident that the outcome will save considerable time and money.

GBCourteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Phoenix Financial Group for calling me when You did. I was alarmed to hear that there were several federal and state tax liens on my small business past due, and I hadn't even taken care of the previous years yet. The gentleman from Phoenix Financial Group was able to take my willingness and the facts and present to me not only time savings on my end, but a better solution than I could have imagined. Thank you again, for calling when you did, taking your experience and putting it to work for me.

GBStay away from that scam company. For me that company is scam. I apply for credit 0% and they rejected because my credit score is bad ( I got good credit score ) but strait after that they offer for me same credit but on 18,9% for which my credit score is ok. Stay away from them!!!
