Amazing Experience with Viviane & Kelly! As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t really sure on how to go about securing a loan or the process. Viviane Naddour made that process so easy and was very informative throughout the entire process. She was able to lock us in with amazing interest rate before they jumped back up, woohoo! Viviane and Kelly for the WIN!! First time home-buyer here! I've been warned about the arduous and frustrating process that it takes in order to secure a home loan, ESPECIALLY when dealing with the wrong lenders. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing and easy everything was solely because of Viviane and Kelly. Their professionalism was exceptional and wow were they fast with everything. Highly recommend and will definitely be back with any future needs.

Competitive pricing, great people, but not super smooth I would rate 3.5 stars if I could, but since I can't, I will just round up to 4 since the process completed successfully. They are very competitive with their costs and have matched every other offer we received. There were a few small bumps and headaches along the way, some of which were stressful, and after closing, they were not helpful in solving some oddities with our data on the application. Overall, I will give them another shot for future needs.
