I just called this company to get help… I just called this company to get help with understanding my options in regards to an inherited property with my siblings after the death of my father. The person I spoke to (Paul) was not only not helpful, he was extremely rude. I was trying to get basic info about the services offered as it's been difficult to understand what my options are to buy out my siblings from their share of the property, etc. Paul not only didn't help me, he hung up the phone on me without even saying goodbye or being very kind or understanding about what I was asking. After the loss of my father and everything there is to deal with, I just needed help understanding how this company might be able to assist us in our process. I would think people who work there would be a lot more sensitive to dealing with people in grief who are overwhelmed. This guy was pretty much just a jerk.

Mike made the experience of getting… Mike made the experience of getting funds from my inheritance easy and uncomplicated. He was sensitive to my grieving and emotions that i was experiencing in regards to losing my mother. When I needed emergency funds they wrnt above and beyond to get the advanced funds approved. The leg work got done and I was… The leg work got done and I was advanced enough to get out of the financial crisis I found myself in related to my mom’s death which was followed by a forest fire that burned her house down after it just went into probate… difficult year to be sure but luckily because of the hard work of everyone involved I was advanced enough to prevent homelessness!
