Everyone involved knew I intended to pay all but the non interest bearing portion of the bill with a credit card. After signing the application, I never received a copy of the document until the solar installation was completed. At that time I learned the interest bearing portion, had become a loan and I could not pay the interest bearing portion with a credit card, I was pissed!! Your only saving grace was some of your service representatives. I will not do business with your company again and will express my opinion when asked.

Just make sure you hang on to your original Sungage emails, because it makes it easier to get to your loan portal

I financed with Sungage about 2 years… I financed with Sungage about 2 years ago. We have since put out house up for sale and have had 3 separate buyers apply to take over the solar loan. All three have been declined. The last set of people have excellent credit and make great money and have a good debt to income level. This company has done nothing but put up roadblocks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DON'T WALK, RUN. They are shysters. I would never, ever do solar panels again solely because of Sungage.
