It was great, I ordered ahead! It was great that I could order currency ahead of time and pick it up once received. Very reasonable fees and rates. I did want a mix of currency and they gave me all 100 bills; however, I ordered Fiji Dollars, not a commonly exchanged currency, so I understand. I'm very glad to be landing in Fiji, with local currency, that I obtained for a reasonable price. The location was very easy to find and representatives were professional and courteous.

Quick & Professional My only complaint is that they don’t handle coins and I specifically wanted coins for a Japan trip. It doesn’t state that anywhere on the website. Nevertheless, the service was quick and professional. The person helping was friendly and answered my questions. I recommend this service.

Location and turnaround time was great; would have liked heads up about rates changing The location and service was convenient and I appreciated that I was able to place an order online for pick up. The turnaround was less than 24 hours for my currencies. What I would have liked more is if CEI let me know that they no longer honor rates at the time of order - the rate at the time of pickup is honored.

Convenient Location but might be a long wait I love how convenient this location is - a small booth in the Pearlridge Mall next to Fun Factory. At first it was difficult to find because the booth was empty for several hours after 3pm - seemed like the girl running it went on break for 2 hours, which wasn’t listed on the hours on google. So, I had to wait for her to come back, then stand in line for another 30 mins. The line moved slow, and some people don’t understand how to make reservations on the website so they stand in line just to ask questions. That part was annoying, but the girl running the stand is really sweet and helpful. Aside from the long wait, using the website was easy and I got my money quickly once it was my turn. Will definitely be back for future needs!
