The attendant answered all my 11 questions one after another, immediately without any waiting period. Very transparent service. They also made the service easy without complications. They emailed both parties: sender and receiver. They shipped all my Humanitarian goods (school supplies, medicines, medical equipment, etc.) on a Friday morning and the receiver got it ALL (26 pounds) by Wednesday, in person, just 6 days.
