Capital One has ZERO interest rate and a much higher ($6,000) limit, so I let them close the account with training wheels limit of $2500. Customer service was non existent anyway. Don't like to be bullied. My FICO score is 804, so keep your card and good luck to you.

I use Merrick quite often I use Merrick quite often, especially during these times when help is needed by school aged grandkids. It is hard to pick a single-use time but I have not had any issues when using them. So far we ( the company and me ), have been true to the contract. The only thing I could see an improvement in is a type of loyalty program to your customers as longevity in good standing to have a lower interest incentive.

Great card not to have any type points I have several cards that I use to pay bills with but I use this card every month to pay for my medications and every so often they just raise my limit without me having to ask them. This is my favorite card.
