I like that the exchange rate is higher… I like that the exchange rate is higher than the other remittance. It's good that there's no fee. But one thing that I don't like is the delay on sending money from other country.

Earned another chance Sendwave said they had a "technical problem" that caused my send to fail processing. They corrected the problem early on the first weekday after the event and I had my money back less than 24 hours after that. Sendwave also contacted me personally to apologize. I think they are worth another chance.
