Used Miner for Price of a New One The brand new, pre-order, miner I received was used. The plastic was opened, it had server rack marks and Bitmain confirmed they did not ship any used ones. When I flagged to BT multiple times they said they'd talk to management and then they didn't respond or try to make any pricing amendments.

Great experience… I can say that BT-Miner has surprised me in how fast and timely their customer service is…you wouldn’t expect to get answers almost all day and every day, weekends and all…as important, its not a bot or lip service, they tell you they are going to get something done and they do. Only one thing I can think of that would make this experience them best in class…if they could provide and interface to all of the miners being hosted so we can make changes to pools or go solo when we want w/o having to wait for their excellent customer service to do it. I give them 5 Stars but would give them 6 if they had that last interface…hard to improve greatness but they can be best in class if they can add that one last part…

I have had a few chances to purchase… I have had a few chances to purchase from BT-Miners. Although we had a hiccup before I decided to give them another chance. They did much much better this time and I will be a returning customer. Again.

Antminer S9 delivered as promised and working as expected. I ordered a used Antminer S9 at the beginning of November 2022. It was shipped about 6 days later and arrived about 4 days after that. Setting up the miner has been almost entirely pain-free, and it has been sitting in my garage mining bitcoin for almost a month without any issues. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks.
