GBUsed Miner for Price of a New One The brand new, pre-order, miner I received was used. The plastic was opened, it had server rack marks and Bitmain confirmed they did not ship any used ones. When I flagged to BT multiple times they said they'd talk to management and then they didn't respond or try to make any pricing amendments.

GBExtremely good communication Extremely good communication through Email, considering they are working a shift from about 5pm western time to 4 or 5am because they are on the other side of the planet. Prices were reasonable. Many choices to pay including credit card and crypto, or a mix which was flexible. Shipping was perfect and on time trackable (to a certain degree)
