GBDisrespected I was giving a line . My phone auto filled the wrong bank account . I called to change the bank numbers and was rudely told no one could help and that I could reply again for 30 days .

GBWorst experience getting a loan here… Worst experience getting a loan here than any other place! I received a $1300 dollar loan,and it was set up to withdraw $192 out of each of my bi-weekly checking account. BUT I actually paid the loan off FULLY before my payday!!! So they still continued to withdraw money out of my account on my paydays anyway!! And when I called them 2 or 3 times complaining about it, they refused to give me any refund, refused to let me speak to a manager or higher up, and said that I owed them interest!!? Then they claimed it was other fees processing the payment. I politely hung up and immediately called my bank, which investigated and refunded my disputed charges.PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
