GBRED FLAG I am very disappointed. I have a balance of $19.35. Ive made several (14) transactions for under the balance available and all have failed. Insufficient funds. I contacted customer service several times over a month period and have not received a response. Apparently there are a number of people in the same situation. That raises a red flag to me. Others agree.
