These outstanding ladies were friendly, knowledgeable & responsive to every question I had about my loan throughout the entire process which alleviated a lot of stress for me. Terrible process, no thanks Tried to sign up joint savings, terrible process, outdated site, denied likely because husband enters our address differently than my auto input...not worth the time or aggravation. Will move my money elsewhere...lot's of competitive rates right now, plenty of banks will be more than happy to have my money

No luck setting up a new account. After depositing $100 to set up a Money Market account, the planned to deposit more later, I tried to register as a new user, 3 days of trying to register, it would allow me to get passed the email verification, Call to customer service, no help. filled out forms to change email. No response, Now its a matter of trying trying to retrieve my $100. Have 2 account with Discover Bank, looks like they will have 3

Incredible Mortgage Team Ray, Marcelo, Patricia, Vasiliki....make an amazing team. I was literally 10 days from target closing date when my bank decided to give me unreasonable list of conditions for my conditional approval. I jumped ship and called several lenders. Decided to go with Quontic because Marcelo was a straight talking broker that keeps it real. Hard to find these days. Ray treats every deal like his life depends on it. Love that about him. Patricia and Vasiliki were on the ball with every task and deadline. They returned every text message and phone call. I couldn't believe how fast they got this done. Honestly, they were hands down the best team I've ever used. I was in a tight spot and they came through for me. I used this company for my personal home...but moving forward will use for my investment properties as well. They know what they are doing.
