What a Splendid service What a Splendid service. Although my transaction couldn't be accelerated as it was over 6 months. but Dan called and explained me everything over the phone. I wasn't expecting such a personalise service from BTC Nitro team. Exceptional Service. I wish I could give them more than 5 Star Rating. I Highly recommend them. EDIT: Although I left review earlier but I couldn't stop my self in adding further update. After 5 days, I contacted Dan again and explained him that another company have quoted me 4500$ to expedite the transaction. Dan have gone out of the route and done for me in 377$.. Seriously this guy services are worth every penny. Highly Highly Recommended. Thanks Dan, you are true super star. :-)

Customer support gives quick feedback… Customer support gives quick feedback on issues and does everything in their power to help move your transaction along as quickly as possible. 10/10 would recommend their service and will use again if ever needed.

I paid for the Premium service and am… I paid for the Premium service and am not getting responses from support or the website working. It says 'The specified UID does not match any of our records.' EDIT: Support started responding after I posted this review but my transaction is still unconfirmed 48 hours later. Starting to feel like this service does nothing and only refunds if you don't naturally get your transaction through and if it does they keep your money. 0 connection to pools. EDIT2: This service did nothing to help with my transaction, I paid, I waited and nothing happened. They do exactly what I described earlier, take your fee if it gets confirmed on its own or refund if it doesn't. It is a scam.

They tried but couldn’t get my… They tried but couldn’t get my transaction to go through the fees are crazy high right now. They promptly refunded my fees and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future. They deserve 5 stars but due to events beyond their control I gave them 4.

Btcnitro may have accelerated my transaction, bless their heart. Btcnitro may have accelerated my bitcoin transaction. There is really no way of knowing. Since they asked me to review their service, I will say it was pretty good. Now when it was a free service, it's like asking your mom to kiss your ouchie, to make it heal faster, and who knows if it actually helped. I like to believe they have some connection to mining pools or whatever can make transactions go through faster. Mine said 144 blocks, and after paying them the $25 flat fee, it did indeed go through. Are they magic? Do they know something I don't? No one really knows. What we do know, is that we all need services like this to be around, so we can submit our stuck transactions, and hope they can indeed do what they say.
