Hard to tell if this service is legit I would be wary of using this service, it is certainly not a 24 hour turnaround. My $25 confirmed within an hour and they didn't reach out for 5 days asking if i'd still like the transaction accelerated. This isn't too helpful since the transaction could've already been accelerated in that time for a similar price through a service like mempool.space, so I was not able to tell if simply waiting or BTCNitro helped push it through.

My fees weren't too low, 9.97 sat/vb. Reading positive returns here gives me hope. Since a few people here decided to post… Since a few people here decided to post 1* reviews, I thought I'd share my own experience. I paid for the premium service and had my transaction confirmed in less than 3 hours. I contacted support who repleied in about 20 minutes (I think they cover CET timezone) and were very helpful. Can't ask for much more than this!
