Great experience. Would use again I recently purchased an NFT from Magic Eden using their service. Everything went very smoothly. It makes buying NFTs so much easier than having to buy SOL and loading it into my wallet. Would definitely buy with them again.

Customer support saved me from my mistake I accidentally botched my mint (by closing my laptop browser in mid transaction while accepting the charge in my mobile wallet). Customer support was excellent, and I had a refund of my eth within 24 hours and was able to do the mint correctly. Thank you.

Takes too long to transfer then fails Use an exchange to buy currency and transfer it to tour wallet if you want to buy NFTs in time. Crossmint took so long to not process my order the price had flows up for the asset I was buying which made miss out on a lot of money. I was refunded after 24h. I was fuming with the service it's just an inconvenience. It's more miss than hit using this. I wouldn't use it if you need your funds there urgently. It's not reliable. This is REGARDLESS of network congestion by the way.

Horribly slow customer service Mint failed, but crypto was deducted from balance. Been talking to them for over a week now with no progress whatsoever. At this point I just want my crypto back. Edit: they resolved it after 8 days.
