I’m on the East Coast 3 hours ahead so leaves me less time than west coast customers to complete task. The staff made sure I was able to have my loan completed and funds sent in time and I appreciate them for that. I’d recommend Loanmart definitely.

Better Instructions Better in structions on how to use the UPS label and to look into the Spam folder for the instruction barcode to give to the Walmart Super Center Money Place for the first time people that have never went there would be helpful. I had to make like 5 calls to figure out all of those things.

My only complaint is I got confused with resending documents that ended up NOT being necessary because this was a re-borrow as opposed to a brand new loan: ALL the info was the same. The terms this time were better serving for me with better terms and conditions. I’m thankful for my loan offices that assisted in the process.
