Think before signing with this company If you are in need of help, think before signing with this company and look elsewhere. I had thought the interest wasnt so high (i looked elsewhere and chose helpful lending) but ended up with 450% APR. $2150 dollar loan and with interest, total cost is $7500. Would give zero stars so please look elsewhere and where ever you choose, make sure you know the interest.

My hotwater heater blew out My hotwater heater blew out & I didn't have enough money to replace it. I contacted Helpful Lending asking for an emergency short-term loan. They gave me an instant approval & the money was on the way. They were completely transparent with options & the high interest rates. I will repay on the next payday & not be subjected to high interest payments. Excellent customer service. Might I add these loans aren't for everyone, however, the low ratings about the terms is unfair because all terms are revealed. If you need long term - go somewhere else! Helpful Lending is easy & honest for short term emergency money when none other is available.

I think it is a form of old time usury I think it is a form of old time usury. I borrowed $800 and if I don’t pay off a lump sum before August (which I am) then I will have paid $4000+. Already, I’ve paid well over $1200. They state the terms are confirmed for full understanding, but this 69-year feels she got ripped off. I have asked the BBB and some attorneys to look into it and their interest bearing processes. Until then, I can honestly say NEVER AGAIN.
