My first experience using this company… My first experience using this company was absolutely horrific however recently they restructured and they reached out and they're asking for a second chance which is pretty cool I was banned after being unhappy that product I purchased was not available but I had no refund options I just had to wait it took maybe 12 to 24 hours but I got it as well as a bonus so that was cool. However the transparency that they're showing now is awesome and I love to give dogs haircuts

This website is very problematic This website is very problematic. It's always working just fine until you deposit your money. A minute after my money is deposited into the account then an error message pops up saying they're having technical difficulties, which means you can't use your money for over 12 hours! If your website doesn't work, warn customers before they deposit. This has happened so much it seems like I'm being scammed out of my money. I send support tickets. No one ever responded to my concerns either.

I have been a customer of crypto dispensers since 2020 and i've been enjoying their services. are there some days which I feel are bad? yeah there are few times due to maybe system downtime or customer service help and yes they're prompt in resolving any issues you may be having. if you want to start a journey with cryptocurrency investment then you just found the right place to do that as it makes it so seamless to access cryptocurrencies with cash at the CDreload and now that they have added the features of debit/credit card transaction, it's another milestone achievement towards their dedication to their services. I would like to make a few little suggestions which i feel may be helpful to their customers. it's about the daily limit on the CDrelaod if it can be reviewed and as well the barcode deposit limit also. there should be increase in the daily limit of certain customers and it would be more easier if someone can make large deposit on the barcodes at once like lets say $2000 as it saves time instead of having to be creating barcode for each deposits and having to wait till next day before another deposit could be made. also, I would suggest if crypto dispenser could have a medium for live chat to their CSR so as to be able to instill more confidence in their customers and potential customers. Thank you. though crypto dispensers remains my go to for my crypto asset as it's very easy and seamless to buy with their services. I wish i can give more than 5 stars CryptoDispensers the best to ever be and the best that will ever be.

Well I deposited $7100 into their ATM … Well I deposited $7100 into their ATM got the receipt asked for a refund because the money never got to the wallet registered with my photo, driver license & phone # etc but the money never showed up into the wallet. So I asked for refunds 15x only received form letters from help@ And now thinking sueing them because it appears they like others money more than earning it the hard way… they know me you should too Not a happy camper my wallet shows $0.00 balance and no actual reply’s.Note they do not answer calls @ crypto dispensers… good luck
