BEWARE DON’T GET A LOAN WITH TORRO BEWARE, BEWARE! They offer Merchant cash advances that they lie and say are business loans. Don’t use them if you default they will ruin your life. They will sneak a document called a “Confession of judgment” into your contract. The legal jargon is very difficult to understand. This document means you signed away your right to contest any legal action against you. If you ever default they can come after everything you own, business and personal. They will take every action possible to use a UCC-1 lien to take everything you own including bank garnishments and freezing receivables. The only way out is to file bankruptcy. The sad part is they operate out of Utah because Utah allows “Confession of judgments”. The FTC needs to get these MCA lenders under better regulations and throw out “Confessions of judgments” from being used in contracts. Go to a legitimate financial institution that doesn’t use legal loopholes to screw customers over.
