Attentive, Fast, and Great at What They Do My experience with Universal has been terrific. They've gone above and beyond, worked hard for us, and have been extremely helpful with the process. They are always quick with responses and has made factoring our payments for our business seamless. Their percentage fees are fair and they let you know when a company has gone a while without paying so the fees don't rack up.
