Great Service Especially with financial products, the most important skills are to listen and be proactive. These are the two attributes that Tiffany has. When I talk to Tiffany about challenging situations with merchants, she is there to resolve them with a very strategic plan. Not only does she come up with great solutions, but she truly listens and makes calculated decisions.
