GBGreat company It was easy, it was fast, I had the loan in my bank account same day!!!! I would recommend SoFi to everyone!! The application was easy, straight forward and self explanatory which I loved! I read through the agreement because I was looking to see if there was a penalty for paying off early and there isn’t! That was important to me! I had done weeks of research and their interest rate is better than my credit cards which is why I took the loan in the first place! One payment instead of 4, I appreciated that! I like the convenience they offer for automatic payment debit every month so I don’t have to worry about it! Again, I would highly recommend SoFi because of my positive experience with them

GBSoFi is the real deal SoFi is the real deal. This online experience was really amazing. From the application to the funding, it was fluid. Ex. need a picture of my ID, sends a link to my phone. I take a pic and the online page automatically changes & asks me to click continue. Get it? From the phone to the website? Real-time? Also, I had options on how to disburse the funds and they linked effortlessly to my bank account. So other companies do online processing but it is usually a headache. I highly recommend this experience.

GBMy loan was approved, Yippee! I just can't believe that my loan was approved and I am saving over 12% in interest fees from my previous bank, who refuse to lower my rate after being a loyal customer for over 19 years. Soon to be switching banks soon. Thank you Sofi, for making my life a little easier, and you phone representatives were very courteus and helpful.

GBDirect Deposit issues Direct Deposit issues, receiving the WRONG %, awful customer service. I opened up my account at the beginning of April with the intention of getting 4.6% with $5K deposit + $300 bonus by setting up direct deposit. The app, website and desktop versions are all so finicky. Took so many attempts to get my DD info to stick and submit. My work confirmed all the info was correct and set up 2nd week of April and to this day a month later my check gets mailed to me and my DD is still showing not set up. I keep getting ads / offers from Sofi to set up direct deposit….i reentered my info over 15 times. Called and spoke to multiple agents, couldn’t find my info, couldn’t tell me next steps, had no plan of resolving my issues, just talked in circles about other benefits that was UNRELATED. Refused to connect me to management. Now today, i get .32% deposited into my account and the chat agents keep disconnecting🤣 i am livid and ready to close my account.
