I want to give a big thank you for the… I want to give a big thank you for the excellent customer service at the Pinkhook location in Lafayette, La. I received a large check, needing to cash and went to 2 different "competitors" of money mart who wanted me to jump through hoops or wait 10 days because of the amount. They were able to cash it right away(after verification). There was a hiccup with putting half on the card and the nice lady was able to accommodate me & make sure I left with all my money without waiting. Thank you for wonderful service because of yall I dont have to wait another 2 weeks to have my roof repaired.

A young man named Nathan waited on us ,he was the most pleasant, great spoken young man. He sure made our day. Thank you Nathan for your pleasant and professional attitude. The girls here are always so good with… The girls here are always so good with me and polite. Everything usually goes very smoothly on their end of things even when I make it a lil hectic! Today I was in the store and Bella and Cassandra were right on it with me gave me the fastest experience I’ve had so far and I’m a regular at this point haha. They both took an interest in my kids and asked about my day it was just a wonderful experience all around. Also Bella is gorgeous if someone could give her my email thatd be great 😅😅

She was so very patient and so very professional with helping me with my transaction.
