Jason Reddy is the man to close your loan I am in the final stages of closing my first time home purchase and I have chosen to use neighbors bank. I could have gone to a local firm, which I did, but I chose to stay with neighbors bank. My loan officer Jason reddy is bar none the best loan officer in the world. Even my realtor agent who had no affiliation with neighbors said that Jason is someone she can now recommend. He doesn’t just blow you off and get to you when he can he busts his butt and makes stuff happen he shoots straight with you and tells you what you need to do to make your purchase a success and as less stressful as possible. I can’t say enough about neighbors bank and more importantly Jason reddy.

My whole process from start to finish… My whole process from start to finish was seamless. My loan officer Joey Mirth was amazing. He was available 24 hours for any questions we had and was always happy to answer. Would recommend this bank for purchasing your home 10/10.

I wouldn't give even one star I wouldn't give even one star. This company is what the consumer protection agency warns you about. Alex Stillwell is complicit in the scheme calling you demanding when you call out the mistakes and calling them out for ignoring your requests. They do not care about anything but to push through a loan that only represents their interest. YOU ARE WARNED to go elsewhere. Reading the other reviews are exactly what we went through. Update: 05/02/2024. I attempted to give this company another opportunity to rectify the situation. They FAILED. I stand by my original review. Do not use this company unless you like a real good clown show.
