I have already made big claims and so far I have not received anything. On the website it states that large claims can take up to 30 days to be delivered. Up to 30 days, but how many exactly? 17? 20? 25? And if you pass 30?? I found this unnecessary. Plus, I make at least at least (when I can) one giant claim of timewall points per day.
