JPThough it had taken extra time due to… Though it had taken extra time due to account name difference issue until the transfer was completed, the customer support was patient helping me confirming with local agent to retry the transfer. One suggestion from me is that account name field should allow user to input either English or Kanji instead of Kanji only.
