GBSeamless. Even for First Time Homebuyers! As my Fiancée and I are first time homebuyers, Brent couldn’t have made the mortgage process easier for us. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know and was always a quick call away if we had any questions (which we had many!). Was always very engaged and on top of any deadlines him or I ever needed to meet in order to secure the loan and close on time to avoid any issues. First Federal Lakewood is a very transparent company about their rates and never had any curveballs come our way from them. GBBrent went above and beyond to make… Brent went above and beyond to make sure I closed on time. There were quite a few issues with closing on time, not because of anything Brent did, and worked after hours to ensure we met the deadline. He was incredibly responsive and would recommend him to family and friends.
