I never signed up for Smartyplus I never signed up for Smartyplus. Somehow they got access to my checking account and began stealing 19.00 from my checking account. They have done this since Feb 2023. I called and the man claimed that he could only go back 6 months. Again.......I never asked for this service. They still owe me for Feb 2023. Again - I NEVER signed up for this service so why am I being charged? Where did this service come from? I am furious!

As good as it's possible to be As good an experience as it's just about possible to be. I've now been with Smarty for 2 months having transferred from EE which wanted double the money for basically the same level of service (unlimited data). In fact, it's even better than EE because Smarty has much better EU (included) and worldwide (small fee) roaming options. I find the Three Network that Smarty uses to be mostly excellent, and sometimes (e.g. when on 5G) to be outstanding. I had a couple of customer service things to sort out early on and via live chat they were excellent with a fast response: a huge contrast to, say, giffgaff whom I've previously used. A MASSIVE thumbs up therefore from me re. Smarty.

ATT is the forever internet provider for our family. ATT is my preferred network ever and this has been chosen because of my long-time affiliation to it. On top of that choice, I am blessed to have had my ACP transferred to it. God bless, this choice will remain forever. The only constraint I have is the fact that due to my very low income, SSI only, and retirement, I cannot get the phone part with AT&T, we have to stay with T.Mobile, for my son is the one paying for that.

Scam Really bad clicked on it after purchasing something from Deliveroo and it said £15 cashback before I knew it. Smarty had joined me up to the scheme and charge me £3 which I didn’t agree to and then charging me £19 a month so I’m absolutely furious don’t sign up don’t do cashback it’s an absolute scam.
