Juno's customer service is great Juno's customer service is great. I did end up closing my account due to it being compromised and having my money stolen. There was no way to get the money back or give me assurance it couldn't happen again, so I had to close my account. However the customer service was responsive, even after having a closed account for several months, they have responded and made sure I had the documents needed to file my taxes this year. Shout out to Snehil.
